Hello, and thank you for coming to Haydée’s website.
The intention of this website to help you to get to know Haydée Ayala a bit more by giving you a brief summary about her story, and the person behind the legend that she is.

She was born on a 23rd of July in the city of Montevideo, Uruguay. Her father was Humberto Ayala and her mother is Juana Perez. She has 3 sisters and she had 1 brother called Humberto Ayala, as his father.
Her sisters are Teresa (being the oldest), Nélida Rosa (older than Haydée) and Beatriz (who is the youngest of them all).

When born she had humble beginnings, living in a family where hard work wasn’t a stranger. Times were difficult in Uruguay but she managed to always find a way to see the bright side of things.
Her father worked for many years in customs of the Montevidean Port where he was for many years, whilst her mother was a house wife tending for her children and husband. Being a house wife in those times were very difficult as there was no hot water to clean the clothes for the family and it had to be done by hand. Sometimes the water was frozen from the cold (as it was done outside the house) and this was no easy task. As Haydée kept growing it was sometimes her task to do this and other chores in the house.
As time past, Haydée’s older sisters moved out with their newly formed families but Beatriz and her were always together or at least until they themselves got married but that bond was never broken between them or any of the other sisters and brother.
She married Alejandro Grieco and move to Argentina for a couple of years to look for a new destiny but unfortunately it was wasn’t there so they come back to Montevideo.
There they had their first born Enrique, but he was only the first “bundle of love” as they would have two girls and another boy later on in life, Karina Veronica y Sebastian.
After having her children she studied to be a nurse, a course that although it’s not easy in itself she managed to achieve very good grades and pass it while maintaining her family with the help of her husband.
After the course was finished she managed not only to find a job in one of the biggest hospitals in Uruguay (Hospital de Clínicas) but also to work in the second biggest one (Hospital Maciel). This way she was working in two different hospitals and most of the times doing shifts in one hospital to then rush to the other one.
This was her way of life for many years and although she was happy with what she was doing she knew that there was more out there, other opportunities waiting to be found.
With that in mind she started a dance group called “Estrellitas” form of 15 teenagers but as with everything in the show business, it’s very difficult to start off but it’s particularly difficult in Uruguay as the market is saturated with Argentinian and international artists. This group, however, was a catalyst to meet a lot of people that needed help to move forward in life, and to find a purpose which they found once they met her to both help her with the Estrellitas project as well as to work with her.
Since the beginning of the project her aim was to convey a message to everyone, and although she reached a lot of people with the group there wasn’t enough.
So she wrote a book about this message. This book contains everything that she wanted to convey since the beginning, teachings as well as personal experiences and much more.
But again, being in a 3rd world country didn’t make it any easy for her.
For this reason she moved to the UK with all her family, and although this was very difficult with such a big family, she never backed down and continued forward, and although life threw many obstacles she continued on in her path.
Today, she still fights to promote her message to the whole world, but there is still something missing, and that piece of the puzzle is you. Because you (the reader) have the power to promote it and to pass it on to others and all you have to do is to look around you and you will see what she sees.

Of course this is only a brief summary of her life but there have been many paths for her and many experiences that only she can answer, all you have to do is ask…
